Shipping, Delivery and Receiving

Cancellation of the order

We reserve the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

- If the delivery address given by the customer is incorrect or the contact information* is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached.

- The customer is late in receiving his order paid for online payment for more than 7 days and transferring it to the showroom pick-up service.

Cancellation of the order by the customer:

To proceed with the order cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

- If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you (in the event that the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped or dispatched, a cancellation fee will be charged to you and we reserve the full right to match the time your order was shipped with the time you sent the cancellation request.)

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the unique jurisdiction to resolve it shall be that of the courts (whether the Small Claims Court or the District Court) in Nazareth.
